"Before Florimond de VAULX and Pierre MACAIRE, Royal Notaries of the town of BEAUVAIS (60) and Provost of ANGY, Gilles DARIE Ecuyer, Lord and François DARIE Ecuyer, Lawyers in Parliament residing in BEAUVAIS, appeared; François Darie forsook in favour of Gilles his elder brother the Fief of Hardivilliers and all the arable land. François Darie forsakes to Gilles Darie his brother all the furniture and money that was found after the death of the late François Darie their father. François renounces in favour of Gilles the property of Pierre DAVIE their uncle, while he was alive canon and official of Beauvais ."
