With the arms of Louis-Charles-Auguste Le Tonnelier, baron de Breteuil and Preuilly (1730-1807): he was ambassador to Russia, Sweden, Holland, Naples, Vienna... He opposed the convening of the États-Généraux and "in 1789, he succeeded Necker immediately before the storming of the Bastille; his ministry, overthrown by the force of public opinion, lasted only a few days."
