Nolwenn Brod (French, born in 1985) wonders about man's relationship with his environment. She tries to record the emotions that make up the being, to make visible the sensations. She adopts a documentary approach, which gradually tends to be more plastic, in search of a poetics of the image, a certain musicality of forms and materials. Her works are exhibited in France and Europe, and appear in major French collections such as those of the Musée Nicéphore Niépce, the Villa Noailles or the Bibliothèque nationale de France. The works presented here are unpublished and are the first platinum-palladium prints she made.
