Two fragments from a breviary, Italy, Umbria (Perugia?), c. 1330-1350: Mass for St. Matthew, apostle and evangelist, with truncated rubric: "[...] s[an]cti mathei apo[stoli] [e]vangelist. I[ntroitus] [...]"; Mass for St. Nicomedes martyr with the rubric: "[...] in[sin]t nicomedis m[a]r[t]is introitus [...]". Historical initials: "E " with St. Matthew, apostle and evangelist and "L" with St. Nicomedes martyr. Dimensions: H. 350 x L. 102 mm; H. 347 x L. 110 mm
