Filigree silver reliquary frame with stylized decoration of lilies and flowers. It contains a gouache on paper representing the Holy Virgin and the Child Jesus embracing her. A piece of cloth presumed to be the veil of the Blessed Virgin is attached to the tunic of Mary. Inscribed on the bottom mount "DEVELO B.V. MARIAE". The back of the frame engraved with the inscriptions "UT COMITETUR , UT SOSPITET , UT PROSPERET , UT AD INSPERATA REDUCAT". Inside the frame, on the back, the relic is sealed with a seal of the coat of arms of a Cardinal bishop.
