Gilt gilt box probably offered by METTERNICH - Germany 19th century.
Snuff box in gilt red gilt with a moving shape and engraved decoration on all sides of rockeries surrounding reserves with silvery amatis bottom. Decorated in the center of a gilt or 18 k (750 thousandths) yellow gold coin (?) representing the profile on the right of Klemens Wenzel, prince of Metternich-Winneburg-Beilstein (1773 - 1859) and engraved on the back with the motto "KRAFT IM RECHT" (Strength is in the right) and dated 1843.
