Louis XIV King of France and Navarre,
in the church of Rheims, June 7th, 1654. Where all the ceremonies, sessions
cardinals, prelates, officers of the Crown & others, with their duties,
are accurately described. Paris, Jean-Michel Garnier, 1720, in-12, [2]-159-[7]-
44-[8]-25-[3] pp., with a frontispiece, the leaflet plan of the city of
Rheims, as is often the case, brown basane, nimbus back, cloisonné and flowered,
title piece, edges speckled with red (period binding).

Exactly reproduces the parts and pagination of the 1717 edition, reprinted in
1718. The text itself is followed by : 1. "Minutes of the coronation of King Louis XIV of the name...
made by... Simon Le Gras, bishop of Soissons", - 2. "Protest of the provost, dean, cantor,
canons and chapter of the metropolitan church of Nostre Dame de Reims against an alleged
minutes of the coronation of King Louis XIV."
