Provenance : bought in galerie Dina Vierny, in 1956, ancient collection of Doctor J.H. Dr J.H. was a friend and client of Henri Creuzevault, whose he bought bookbinding first, and then art wart at the gallery. A certificate of authenticity drawn up by Mr. Alexis Poliakoff in Paris on March 7, 1990 will be given to the purchaser.
