AURICOSTE (Dotation Sport Chronograph / Navy Watchmaker - Compax ref. 156), circa 1958 Sport chronographs from the 1950s produced by the Auricoste Horloger de la Marine workshops for pilots and technicians (some of these parts were used by the CEV). Round steel case with horn handles, smooth bezel and clipped back (numbered 156). Original silvered dial (patinated and spotted) with two counters in hollow: seconds at 9 o'clock, minutes at 3 o'clock. Applied hour-markers and copper skeleton hands. Box leather strap and an applied leather bracelet. Movement: LEMANIA / 1227 (970) Swiss hand-wound mechanical calibre. Diam. 35 mm. Condition: Fine (case added)
