Case in 18-carat (750 thousandths) yellow gold with one-piece clip-on back (stamped, signed Patek Philippe and numbered). Copper-plated dial with Roman numerals and blackened steel lancet hands. Patek Philippe crocodile strap (Crocodylia spp. CITES appendix II B) with original 18-carat (750 thousandths) yellow gold pin buckle.
Movement: Hand-wound mechanical caliber signed Patek Philippe / 16,250 (No. 1276992) Swiss.
