Silk KAYCÉRI (Asia Minor), early 20th century An ivory field with an arrowhead motif, highlighted with carnations, houses two twisted columns supporting a cream vault, decorated with polychrome floral scrolls, from which a symbolic flower hangs. A lemon lintel overlooks the whole. Two pistachio counter-borders, with flowers, surround the main ivory, following staggered floral compositions, set on flowering stems. Two-tone ribbon highlighting on a pink background. 155 x 115cm
