Midnight blue field with foliage and garlands of stylized polychrome flowers and foliage decorated with a large central floral medallion Ruby crenellated inlaid with multicolored star-shaped flowers in the shape of a stylized diamond. Four spandrels with polychrome floral crowns
Triple borders, the main one with multicolored flower buds
