WATTRIGANT H. de (born 1954), thoroughbred "Al Nasr", oil on panel, sbd, 40X51 Hubert de Watrigant was born in 1954 in the Landes, in a family belonging to the equestrian world. Self-taught, he won a drawing prize in Rome in 1977 and has been going from one exhibition to another ever since. He has been collaborating for several years with Hermès for whom he has created, among others, numerous squares such as "Plaza de toros", "Ballet Equestre", "Sketches of racecourses", "Show jumping",... A renowned animal painter, he regularly exhibits all over the world. Thanks to his different techniques and supports, Hubert de Watrigant offers us at each new exhibition a magnificent variety of paintings.
