27 May 1902 at Dunkirk Banquet offered by the Conseil Général du Nord to Mr LOUBET, President of the Republic, on his return from his trip to Russia. Beautiful menu engraved by the Whitmann printing house in Paris. After the success of the receptions offered to Tsar Nicolas II in Compiègne and Betheny some time before, the Maison Potel et Chabot renews its exploit by welcoming the President back from Russia with a "Hot and Cold Duckling Potel", during a banquet of 100 covers.
