RECTIFICATIVE
" This is most likely the original edition. In fact, the Harvard on-line catalogue (Hollis) describes the copy of another edition published the same year, probably in Berlin, with a different snack, the work ending on page H10. Harvard on-line points out ours and its different collation, mentioning that it ends on folio I2 like the Polaillon copy, but Harvard on-line does not establish any antecedence between these two editions. It is however customary to acknowledge that the longer version is the original (Polaillon) and the shorter is the forgery (Harvard). "
