Bronze and gilded metal mantel clock decorated with porcelain plaques enamelled with birds, attributes or gallant scenes on a white background and blue outlines, topped by two putti with a bunch of grapes and an amphora of wine and supported by garnished bouquets. Blue enamelled dial with golden Roman numeral hour-markers in white pastilles for the hours. Mechanical movement with key winding, Brocot suspension Late 19th or early 20th century. 50 x 38 x 13 cm. A foot and a porcelain plate and metal elements to be refixed. Wear to the patina. With an oval wooden base, brought back (small wears).
