S-059i-11 Michèle Gallien's parents are friends of the photographer Jean Gilbert, who photographs the works of Marcel Damboise. They are also friends of Denise Maguet, widow of the painter Richard Maguet, who is close to the sculptor. Marcel Damboise executes a very fine marble of this bust, in a different cut. The work is kept in a private collection.
