Between 1919 and 1920, Georges Dorignac, at the peak of his art, recognized by critics, began to travel. Around 1920, he travelled to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, in the Basque Country, with his sons-in-law André Hébuterne and Henri Epstein.
