This Fiat Dino Spider 2000 was registered new in France by the F.F.S.A. (Fiat France Société Anonyme) domiciled at the 140 Avenue des Champs Elysées in Paris, on December 31st, 1967. Its current owner acquired it in 2009 in Italy. The car then had a restoration of its bodywork which is presented today in a very good state of presentation, the red paint is well stretched and has a beautiful shine. Its interior was refurbished with replacement of the carpets and repair of its seats and storm doors in black leather. The soft top and its cover are also new. Everything is documented by photos. The mechanichal components underwent a revision of the three Weber carburetors and the installation of a stainless steel exhaust line. We note that the compressions were taken in 2006, reflecting an excellent average. The drive shaft has been rebalanced and fitted with new flectors. The suspension has been completely overhauled with four adjustable Koni rear shock absorbers and two classic Koni front shock absorbers. The four discs are in new condition. The Cromodora rims with central butterfly clamping are in very good condition and the Uniroyal tires are good. The entire electrical system works, whether on-board instruments or lights. During a test drive, we found that the car worked well. Its engine runs well and takes turns smoothly while its gearbox behaves properly. The car will be sold with its duplicate keys, a photo folder of the restoration, an appraisal at € 148,000 dated 2016, as well as with its last technical inspection carried out in January 2020 attesting only of a minor defect. It is therefore an elegant Spider, very pleasant to drive and what’s more, delivered new in France!
