The body of these Constitutions is by Mother Agnès Arnauld; the regulations for children, which is an excellent treatise on Christian education, is by Mother Euphémie Pascal, sister of the famous Blaise Pascal; the institution of novices is by Sister Gertrude. Du Cambout de Coislin de Pontchâteau had these Constitutions printed in Flanders.
