He thanked him warmly. He has nothing to give her for the moment, except a separate print ("Ich habe diesmal nichts zu geben als einen Separatdruck"), which unfortunately is not yet ready, and will probably reach Klein after the New Year.
The letter is decorated at the top with a pen and watercolour drawing (about 4 x 7 cm) representing a typical Ticino landscape, with two fir trees and two houses.
