Colt 1851 Navy Percussion, breveté et numéroté... Lot n° 91

Très beau colt ancien, finement gravé sur le barillet d’une scène de militaire poursuivant des indiens Sioux. La crosse est en grande partie faite de bois patiné. N° de série 6790, gravé sur trois parties différentes de l’arme. Inscription « COLT BREVETE » sur le dessus du canon et poinçon sur son côté gauche. H. 12 cm, l. 34,5 cm. Bon état Pièce très rare. Collection : Jean LANTERNIER (1901-1976) et depuis dans sa descendance.
