Ecole anglaise du début du XXe siècle Portrait présumé d'Hannah Letitia Stansfeld, en buste en robe pourpre à col blanc fermé par une broche, sautoir au cou. Miniature sur ivoire, monogrammée au stylet à gauche : JJ ? Ovale 6,5 x 8,2 cm Dans un médaillon ovale en métal doré, avec bélière, gravé au revers: « Portrait d'Hannah Letitia Stanfeld / copy from an oil painting/ done in 1840 ob 1864 » (sans verre). Poids brut : 61,55 gr Hannah Letitia était la fille d'un juge de l'île de Trinité, Lewis Johnston ; elle épousa le colonel Robert Stansfeld (or Stansfield) of The Breck, Sowerby.
