The auctioneer will assist you throughout the session.<br />* If you bid online at PI Auction Online, you have to create an account on Drouot auction platform https://www.drouot.com, add the auction participation fee to your account. Then log in to your account to bid when the session starts.<br />* If you participate in auctions by phone, please register in advance at PI Auction House. At the session, the Auction Officer will call you before the lot you are interested in, report directly to the auction and represent you to bid artifacts.<br />* Note: Any change in sales conditions or description of the lots in the catalog will be notified verbally during the sale and noted in the minutes.<br /><br />GENERAL REGULATIONS IN FRANCE AND EUROPE<br />* Right of priority: The Republic of France has the right of priority for certain objects (artwork, archives, etc.). This right can be exercised during the sale process and must be confirmed within 15 days of the sale date. The assertion of this right requires the replacement of the State of the Republic of France for the buyers of artifacts.<br />* Cash transactions up to 1,000 euros including fees and taxes for French and foreign experts, up to 1,000 euros in fees and taxes for French citizens and up to 15,000 euros in fees and taxes for citizens Non-commercial foreign nationals present identification.<br />* Customs and taxes payable by the buyer: In the case of exporting goods purchased, all procedures, declarations and authorization requests are the buyer's responsibility. In all cases, the refusal or delay which the buyer incurs will not be a reason for canceling the purchase or delaying the payment of funds.<br /><br />PAYMENT GUIDE<br />Total Purchase Price and Payment Deadline. Upon the conclusion of any auction sale, the sale contract between the buyer and the seller is concluded, and the buyer have to pay the Total Purchase Price no later than 3 days after the sale. The “Total Purchase Price” includes: (i) the hammer price of the item; (ii) any sales tax and (iii) the organization fee.<br />Processing Payment. Buyers will pay directly or pay by card. We accept cash (VND, Euro and USD) and card payment (credit cards, Visa, MasterCard). If we incur any bank charges from the buyer by bank transfer, the buyer will be responsible for those costs.<br /><br />PACKING AND SHIPPING<br />The buyer is required to pay all shipping, packing, and transit insurance fees and costs for the purchased property. We may, but are not obligated to, provide support in the shipping process, such as facilitating communication or payment between buyers and shippers, or recommending third-party service providers. However, any such support or recommendations are for convenience only and do not constitute or imply any representation, warranty, or assumption of liability of any kind by us.<br />We are not the agent of any buyer, seller or third party in connection with the shipping, packing or handling of any property. We do not control and are not liable or responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of the seller or any third party in connection with the shipping, packing or handling of any property, whether or not recommended by us.
