No telephone bids.<br /><br />Lots 200-585 are included in the 25th March Sealed Bid Auction</strong><br />Please note lots in the Sealed Bid auction can <strong>only be bid on by leaving a written commission bid</strong>.  All sealed bids must be with us, at the latest, by the 25th March, 4pm BST, since the bids will be opened on the 26th March, 2020.  The winning bid will be the highest left on each lot above the reserve.  Bids are non sequential and the highest bid left is the price at which the lot is sold plus buyers premium and any VAT liable.  In the event of two identical winning bids being left on the same lot, the earliest received bid shall take precedence.  Summers Place Auctions decision on which is the winning bid shall be final. <br /><br /><span style="color:#3498db;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">Covid-19 Policy </span></strong></span><p style="margin-bottom:9.0pt"><span style="color:#3498db;"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:19.5pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span verdana="">Summers Place Auctions are open for business and unless the government changes its current policy, our live auction on 24^th March  and sealed bid deadline the day after are going ahead as planned.<br /><br />If however, clients do not wish to attend our auction we would remind them that they can leave commission bids with us or bid over the phone, subject to availability.
