In Lyon, this striking chandelier, attributed to one of the masters of the Wiener Werkstätte, fulfilled all hopes, shored up by fine results for Carpeaux and Fauré.

Attributed to Koloman Moser (1868-1918), edited by Bakalowits & Söhne, a seven-light chandelier in hammered brass, cords, opalescent glass and frosted glass, h. 100 cm/39.4 in., diam. 35 cm/13.8 in.
Result: €93,750

Analyzed at length in the Gazette, the light fixture with its playful silhouette was the highlight of this sale, which achieved a total result of €417,700. Designed in around 1905 by Koloman Moser, this piece was made by the Bakalowits & Söhne factory. Although this chandelier…
