- Then, from 1843 to 1856, to his daughter Eugénie du Plessis d'Argentré, comtesse de Traissan (1785-1870), and her husband Frédéric Le Gonidec de Traissan, comte de Traissan (1776-1855).
- The collection was interrupted on the death of the latter, between 1856 and 1861, then resumed by his descendants without interruption until 1911.
