Large batch of notes and memoranda of works addressed to the Empress by the official suppliers to "Their Imperial and Royal Majesties", such as cabinetmaker Jacob-Desmalter, perfumer Gervais-Chardin, fashion merchant Corot, lingerie makers Lolive, de Beuvry et Cie, paper maker Ducamp de Bussy, and other lace makers (Mlle Minette, Mlle Lalouette, Vandessel de Chantilly...).); these were orders placed by the Comtesse de Luçay or the garde d'atours Mlle Aubert. Contains 24 documents between in-4° and in-plano, including: 1 minute signed by the Comtesse de Luçay, 1 L.A.S. from Jacob-Desmalter, various expense accounts often signed by the supplier concerned, 1 receipt signed "Aubert", etc.
