Los Caprichos. 1799. An in-4 album [255 x 320] containing the complete bound suite of 80 etching and aquatint plates. Each sheet 225 x 315. Delteil 38 to 117; Harris 36 to 115. Very fine blue-black proofs on ivory-yellow laid paper, from the 7th edition produced for the Real Academia between 1903 and 1905. Slight oxidation to leaf edges. Occasional foxing. Tab split on plate 26. Bound in percaline with gilt inscription "Calcografía Nacional" and shield.
