Los Caprichos. 1799. An in-4 album [260 x 335] containing the complete bound suite of 80 etching and aquatint plates. Each sheet 230 x 325. Delteil 38 to 117; Harris 36 to 115. Very fine proofs on thin white vellum, from the 8th edition produced for the Real Academia between 1905 and 1907. Slight oxidation to leaf edges. Some occasional foxing. Bound in half-chagrin, marbled paper boards, decorated spine, gilt head (rubbed).
