The 1912 painting, Nus dans un paysage (Nude in a Landscape), was returned by the French government to the heirs of Hugo Simon, a Jewish collector who had fled Berlin for France in 1933. The work had been identified by a label on the back showing that Simon had previously loaned it to a London Gallery. (TAN)
