After Hubert Robert and Jean-Honoré Fragonard—while awaiting Greuze—the dealer, who exclusively promotes French painting of the 17th and 18th centuries, is dedicating a new exhibition to one of his favorite artists: Anne Vallayer-Coster.

This sale was a delightful invitation to explore centuries of the past and indulge in reverie—whatever Molière might think.
