M. Gérard, transformable set from the "Médicis" collection, consisting of a "Volutes" necklace, a "Goutte" bodice clip and a pair of "Grappes" ear clips, yellow gold mounts set with brilliant-cut diamonds and round rubies highlighted with baguette diamonds, total gross weight 158.6 g.
