Paris: Cognacq-Jay Museum Acquires An Odalisque After François Boucher

The Parisian institution bought a gouache on vellum attributed to Jacques Charlier (1706-1790), a reworking of the famous Odalisque in the Reims Museum of Fine Arts, on November 24 at Drouot. In the same sale, a watercolor by Jacob Jordaens, preparing the Deposition of Hamburg, was sold for €110 000.
