The “radical, innovative and beautiful” Brutalist silo in Oulu, Finland, was designed by Aina and Alvar Aalto. Having stood empty for almost 40 years, Skene Catling de la Peña and the Factum Foundation are set to turn it into a cultural center for exhibitions, concerts and research. (Dezeen)
