The bronze Hermès from the Gallo-Roman period exhumed by Raymond Lizop on the site of Saint-Cizy in Haute-Garonne in 1920, was acquired by the Saint-Raymond Museum, the archaeological museum of Toulouse this Saturday at auction. It sold for 37,200€ under the hammer of Marc Labarbe.
